Buffs continue to battle in Regionals

It only took a minute or two into the first quarter of Hugo’s game against Bethel Saturday night to notice things weren’t clicking for the Buffaloes. Something was off, and if the Buffs didn’t fix it they would be headed to the losers’ bracket during Regionals.

PRAGUE — When the Lady Buffaloes fell to Davis at districts last week, they knew the road to state wouldn’t be easy. They were going to have to dig themselves out of a hole at regionals, potentially playing three games in a week just to make it to area.

People are reminded now more than ever to take precautions against contracting diseases, especially with this month being National Cancer Prevention Month.
