Body of missing McCurtain Co. man found last week

McCURTAIN COUNTY –– The body of a missing Smithville, Okla., man was found last Thursday morning on the banks of a creek. According to reports from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Ronnie Toon, 29, was attempting to cross a flooded bridge on Mountain Fork River on April 1, approximately five miles south of Smithville. His 2017 Ford F-250 was swept off the bridge and located several hours later. …
