Choctaw County wreck leads to death of one man

CHOCTAW COUNTY –– A Rattan, Okla., man lost his life Sunday in a one-vehicle accident approximately two miles south of Spencerville, Okla. According to reports from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, James M.
