Hugo teen airlifted after wreck

CHOCTAW COUNTY –– A Hugo teen was airlifted to a Texas hospital last Thursday afternoon, after a single-vehicle wreck approximately one mile west of Sawyer on US Hwy. 70. According to reports from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the 17-yearold was westbound on US Hwy. 70 when she departed the roadway to the left, overcorrected and lost control of her truck, which rolled one-and-a-quarter times.
