Law enforcement responds to Friday afternoon shooting

HUGO –– Law enforcement responded to what appeared to be another drive-by shooting last Friday afternoon. According to reports, police arrived at the intersection of North I and Arthur St. in Hugo early Friday afternoon where they located a 21-year-old Indian male with multiple gunshot wounds.
