McCarty reappointed to Hugo Mayor position

HUGO –– After each election of the Hugo city council, a reorganization of the board occurs at the following meeting. At last Tuesday’s meeting, a motion and a second resulted in Ernest McCarty being reappointed as Hugo Mayor. Darren Frazier, Josh Armes, Juanita Latimore and McCarty voted in favor.
