A winter storm blasting the state through Thursday with ice and snow followed by arctic air and this comes in a week when temperatures hit the 70s on Monday. This winter storm producing enough ice to cause power outages and downed trees and power lines. Temperatures will drop to near 16 degrees on Friday morning and 14 degrees Saturday morning.
