Glenn Lee Janoe passed from this life on April 2, 2022 in Antlers, Okla. He was born April 3, 1940 in Hugo, Okla., to Paul Burgess Janoe and Fairy Elizabeth (Newman) Janoe.

He was an amusing man and a master story teller. Glenn had a special appreciation for antique cars and trucks, and a fondness for restoring them. He was a great mechanic and owned his own business for many years. It is often said that Glenn always had a “need for speed.” Glenn was an avid history buff, and liked touring different museums around the country. He truly enjoyed hunting and fishing with his children and grandchildren. Glenn was a Christian man who loved the Lord and his family above all else.

Glenn is preceded in death by his wife of 48 years, Marilyn Sue (Garner) Janoe; parents: Paul and Fairy Janoe; infant son, Danny Janoe; son, David Janoe; step-son, Mark Willis; grandson, Tayten Janoe; sister, Joyce Mauldin; and brothers: Tom Janoe, Fred Janoe and Larry Janoe.

He is survived by his wife, Alice Janoe of the home; sons: Randy Mark Janoe and wife, Kelly of Antlers, Okla., and Joe Lance Janoe and wife, Heather of Antlers; step-son, Miles Alan Willis and wife, Jennifer of Lawn, Texas; step-daughter, April Michelle Willis and husband, Mike of Fort Towson, Okla.; daughter-in-law, Laura Willis of Stephenville, Texas; grandchildren: Paul Har rington and wife, Nadia of Moore, Okla., B.J. Janoe of Antlers, Mark Janoe and wife, Charla of Spencerville, Okla., Jamie Smith and husband, Cole of Boswell, Okla., Brady Janoe of Antlers, Garrett Lee Janoe of Antlers, Allie Sue Janoe of Antlers, Dakota Fleming and husband, Colton of Antlers, Codi Berry of Colorado Springs, Colo., Matt Willis and wife, Mollie of Stephenville, Texas, Jace Willis and wife, Bianca of College Station, Texas, Conner Willis and wife, Meagan of Tuscola, Texas, Brittany Bowers of Glen Rose, Texas, Chelsey Ellsworth and husband, Robert of Georgetown, Texas, Emilye Willis of Stephenville, Malia Willis of Lawn, Texas, and Maeson Willis of Lawn; great-grandchildren: Jackson Harrington, Aiden Harrington, Brooklyn Harrington, Riley Janoe, Hardy Janoe, Chaylen Fleming, Dylan Fleming, Levi Ellsworth, Hannah Ellsworth, Katherine Willis, Parker Willis, Austin Berry, Ronan Berry and Titus Smith; as well as a many other relatives and a host of friends.

Pallbearers included: Brady Janoe, Garritt Janoe, B.J. Janoe, Mark Janoe, Paul Harrington and Cole Smith.

Services for Glenn Lee Janoe were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at The Church of Christ in Antlers, with Brent Franks officiating.

All services were entrusted to Serenity Funeral Service.
