Joe Woodruff

Aug. 15, 2022 at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Hugo, Okla., with Pastor Otis Cayton officiating. Joe passed away Tuesday, Aug. 9, 2022 in Hugo, at the age of 89. Joe Woodruff was born July 6, 1933, to Delmer Vernon and Edith (Redman) Woodruff, in Belzoni, Okla. He had lived in this area most of his life and worked as an electronic technician. Joe worked at Cape Canaveral on the Apollo Mission. Joe enjoyed hunting and fishing and would go whenever he got a chance.

Joe was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Jane Woodruff in 2020; son, Mark Woodruff; daughter, Cherrie Cochran and brother, Bill Woodruff.

Joe is survived by his son, Michael Woodruff of Sawyer, Okla.; daughter, Crystal Roebuck of Fort Towson, Okla.; granddaughters: Holly Boutte and Laura Courchesne; grandson, Justice Roebuck.
