High school student arrested after shoot out

HUGO –– On Monday, Aug. 28, Hugo Police responded to the area of Circle G on a shots-fired call. According to official reports, Sgt. Don Loman proceeded to that location and observed an unoccupied Chevrolet Tahoe located near S. H St. and S. F St. that had numerous bullet holes throughout the body of the vehicle.
