Funeral services for Andrew Feco, Jr., fondly known as “Andy,” will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 7, 2022, at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Hugo, Okla., with Father Todd officiating. Burial will follow at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Hugo. Andrew passed away Saturday, July 2, 2022, at his home in Hugo, at the age of 82.

Andrew (Andy) Feco, Jr. was born on Sept. 11, 1939 to Aline (Weems) and Andrew Feco, Sr. He graduated from Hugo High School in 1958 and proudly served his country in the United States Army. Andy was a devout Catholic. He worked for Roper’s Body Shop for several years. On Sept. 18, 1963, he married his soulmate, Mary Ellis, and they made their home in Hugo. He opened his own auto body repair, Andy’s Body Shop and kept it open for many years until he began his career with Oklahoma Farm Bureau as an adjuster and retired after 23 years. Andy was also a volunteer firefighter and retired after serving for many years.

Andy always had at least “one project” going at all times. His hobbies included: hunting, fishing and going to the cabin to spend time with his family.

He was preceded in death by both his parents; wife, Mary Feco and brother, Bill Feco.

Andy is survived by: two daughters: Shelly Baskin and husband, Gary of Antlers, Mandy Smith and Gary (Bubba) McClain of One Creek Valley; grandchildren: Brooke Lewis and husband, Terry of Antlers, Drake Tucker and Hanna Williams of Hugo, Eric Baskin of Antlers, Paige Johnson and husband, Josh of Antlers, Jett McClain, Jax McClain and Shayna McClain, all of Antlers; greatgrandchildren: Landyn Dougherty, Hayden Lewis, Londyn Johnson, Jasper Johnson and Sadie Johnson; one sister, Catherine Meister and husband, Tuck of Seagoville, Texas, and nephew, Kevin Meister and wife, Christie of Dallas, Texas. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews and extended family.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at the Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Funeral Home in Hugo.

Services are under the direction of Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Funeral Home.
