Courtney Marie Rapier

Courtney Marie Rapier, of Honolulu, Hawaii, passed away Oct. 10, 2022, at the age of 28.

Courtney Marie Rapier was born on March 10, 1994, in College Station, Texas. During her childhood, she traveled the world, attending schools in Germany, Texas, Oklahoma, Montana, Scotland and Hawaii. She received her degree in Elementary/ Special Education at the University of Hawaii at Manoa and worked as a special education teacher in Hawaii.

Courtney was a gifted, kind and caring individual. She loved helping others and was adored by her students, frequently receiving praise from their parents for her kindness and devotion. She impacted the lives of many young students. She loved her little brothers dearly, as well as her cherished cat, Simba. Courtney’s passing has left a huge void in the lives of her friends, family and students. She will never be forgotten.

She is survived by her mother, Sandy Staggs of Valliant, Okla.; father, Robert Rapier and wife of Chandler, Ariz.; brother, Luke Rapier of Valliant; paternal grandmother, maternal grandparents, along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, loved ones. She was preceded in death by her beloved brother, Peyton Rapier and a grandfather.
