Courtney Smith

Funeral services for Courtney Smith, of Hugo, Okla., were held at 2 p.m. Jan. 7, 2022 at Miller & Miller Funeral Home. Courtney passed away Jan. 2, 2022, at the age of 31.

Courtney Ann Smith was born on July 18, 1990, in Fort Smith, Ark., to Michael Smith and Leslie Bates Calder.

Courtney was a member of the Choctaw Nation. She loved her family above all things and especially loved spending time with her children. She enjoyed watching movies and listening to music. Courtney will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Courtney is survived by her parents; sons:

Courtney is survived by her parents; sons: Nathan Smith and Owen Smith; daughters: Riley Fields and Danielle Smith; brother, Jeremy Strait; sister, Stephanie Smith; a grandfather, and a host of other family, friends and loved ones.

Interment followed the service at Fort Towson Cemetery with Bro. Jeff White officiating, under the direction of Miller & Miller Funeral Home.
