Frezell Demore Calvin, Sr.

Frezell Demore Calvin, Sr. was born on July 22, 1942 in Hugo, Okla., to K.G. and Bertha (Waters) Calvin. He passed away Sept. 23, 2021, at the age of 79.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Carter Calvin; brothers: Marvin Calvin, Henry Calvin, Verlon Calvin and sister, Clara Calvin.

Frezell was a proud member of the Army National Guard and was a lifelong resident of Choctaw County. He was a rancher by trade. Frezell was a hard worker and enjoyed cutting hay, baling hay and working his cattle.

He will be missed working his cattle. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Frezell is survived by his son, Frezell Calvin, Jr. of Gay, Okla.; brother, K.Y. Calvin; sisters: Dorothy Calvin and Fayrene Calvin; nephews and nieces, along with many other family, friends and loved ones.

No services will be held at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Miller & Miller Funeral Home.
