Heather Dawn (Phillips) Bailey

Memorial services for Heather Dawn (Phillips) Bailey, of Hugo, Okla., will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 26, 2022 at My Brother’s Place, located on Main Street in Hugo. Heather passed away Nov. 4, 2022, at the age of 38.

Heather was preceded in death by her father, Ronald Phillips, maternal grandparents and paternal grandparents. Heather was a free spirit who loved her family deeply, especially her boys. She loved to have fun and would do anything to help others. Heather was a handful at times, but loved by all.

She is survived by her sons: Austin Bailey and wife, Skilar of Fort Towson and Blake Bailey of Hugo; husband, Dennis Bailey of Hugo; mother, Debbie Follis and step-dad, Dave Follis of Hugo; sister, Amanda Phillips Marzek of Hugo; brother, Jeremy Phillips of Hugo; mother- and fatherin- law: Mary and Charles Covington of Hugo; best friend, Whitney Bell of Hugo; along with many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
