Janet Lee Erwin

Janet Lee Erwin was born on July 30, 1963 in Stockton, Calif., to Glen McWhirter and Patricia Casey (Spurgin). She was preceded in death by her brother, Gary Wayne McWhirter and her stepfather, Joe Casey.

Janet spent the majority of her life in Pushmataha County, where she enjoyed everything from fishing to riding four wheelers. She also loved to crochet and to spend time with her family every chance she had. Her greatest joy however was her grandson, Sawyer. She will be missed by so many who knew and loved her.

Janet is survived by her spouse, Henry JC Cole of the home; father, Glen McWhirter of Aurora, Mo.; mother, Patricia Casey of Cloudy, Okla.; son, Jason McWhirter and wife of Sawyer, Okla., as well as her grandson; sisters: Kim Dunlap of Cloudy and Shanon Casey-King of Hearten, Vt.; along with a host of other family, friends and loved ones.

Services were under the direction of Miller & Miller Funeral Home.
