Funeral services for Jean Jordan Priddy, of Fort Towson, Okla., were held at 10 a.m. June 17, 2022 at Sobol Baptist Church. Jean passed away June 14, 2022, at the age of 53.

Jean Jordan Priddy was born on Sept. 21, 1968, the son of Ervin Priddy and Elsie (Ridenour) Priddy. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Jessie Priddy and sisters: Ida Jackson and Ivaline Morris.

Jean was a lifelong resident of the Fort Towson area and a graduate of Fort Towson High School, Class of 1986. He married the love of his life, Lena Ishcomer on Oct. 20, 2000 in DeQueen, Ark. Jean was a member of the Blackjack Church and enjoyed going to gospel singings. He was a faithful and strong believer in God and loved serving Him. Jean loved people and was a friend to everyone he met. He enjoyed being a truck driver, hunting, fishing, cooking and gardening, but he especially loved spending time with his friends and family. Jean will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Jean is survived by his wife, Lena; brothers: John Priddy and wife, Vickie of Fort Towson, Jim Priddy and wife, Kim of Sawyer, Okla., Josh Priddy and wife, May of Hugo, James Priddy and wife, Billie of Fort Towson and Jeffery Priddy and wife, Kristy of Fort Towson; sister, Inell Spencer and husband, Ronnie of Fort Towson; great-uncle, Elum Wesley of Konawa, Texas, along with a host of other family, friend and loved ones.

Interment followed the service at Blackjack Cemetery in Sobol, under the direction of Miller & Miller Funeral Home.
