Kevin Ray Justice

Kevin Ray Justice, of Hugo, Okla., passed away Jan. 8, 2022, at the age of 41.

Kevin Ray Justice was born on Jan. 24, 1980 in Talihina, Okla., to Billy Roger and Donna (James) Justice. He was preceded in death by his father; maternal grandparents; paternal grandparents; sister, Barbara Ann Justice and a nephew.

Kevin was 16 days shy from his 42nd birthday. He loved life and made every day count. Kevin worked several jobs throughout his life, which included the Choctaw Casino in Grant, Julian’s Lumber and Hughes Furniture. He was an outdoorsman, loving to go fishing in his spare time. Kevin had a huge heart, he loved to bring the people around him joy. He would always leave people with a smile on their face or a good laugh or two. However, what Kevin loved most was his family. His greatest joy was spending time with his girlfriend, Amanda; children, grandchildren and family. They were the light of his life. Kevin was a man of faith; he was a saved Christian and had peace in his heart. He will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Kevin is survived by his mother, Donna Justice; a special friend; son, Abraham Battiest; daughters: Alexandria Battiest, Taylor Battiest and Katelyn Battiest; two grandchildren; brothers: Curtis Justice and Benny Downing; sister, Tina Paul; along with a host of other family, friends and loved ones.
