Margaret “Ceci” Cecile Wolfe

Graveside services for Margaret “Ceci” Cecile Wolfe were held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2023 at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery with Charles Baggett officiating. Ceci passed away Thursday, Feb. 16, 2023, in Cheyenne, Wyo., at the age of 81.

Margaret Cecile Wolfe was born Nov. 8, 1941, the daughter of Henry D. Wolfe and Margaret Carney (Jennings) Wolfe in Memphis, Tenn. She graduated from Hugo High in 1959 and went on to earn her Master’s Degree at Oklahoma University in English. During her working years she was an English teacher and librarian at various schools.

She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Jamie Wolfe.

Ceci is survived by sister, Kate Wolfe of Ada, Okla.; cousins: Cathryn Osborn of Durant, Okla., Melissa Altdoerffer of Edmond, Okla., John Eric Osborn of Oklahoma City, Okla., Mary Susan Jennings, Ada; sister-inlaw, Sherry Fountain Wolfe of Hugo; good friend, Phillip Wood of Cheyenne, Wyo.
