Phalice Augusta Smith, of Fort Towson, Okla., passed away Jan. 12, 2022, at the age of 85 years, 10 months and 30 days. Phalice Augusta Smith was born on Feb. 13, 1936 in Amarillo, Texas, the daughter of William Gaither and Alice Edith (Henderson) Frost. She married William Keith Smith on May 30, 1953 in Yuma, Ariz.
