Shae Dawn Henslee

Shae Dawn Henslee, of Hugo, Okla., passed away Dec. 29, 2022, at the age of 29.

Shae Dawn Henslee was born on Nov. 12, 1993 in Idabel, Okla., to Dean Henslee and Vicky (Johnson) Wood. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather; her paternal grandfather; her Paw Paw; her stepfather, Danny Savage and an uncle.

Shae (also known as Sister) was a beautiful soul, a beloved mother, sister and daughter with a heart like no other. She was the most loyal, faithful person. Shae had no problem telling people what she thought, which was one of her best qualities. She loved the outdoors and loved to gaze at the sky and take pictures of it. Shae loved like no other and had a way with people that touched everyone who knew her and she was loved by all of them. She loved her family, especially her children. They were her greatest accomplishments. Shae will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Shae is survived by her parents, Dean Henslee of Broken Bow, Okla., and Vicky Wood of Hugo; grandparents; husband, Chase Trapp of Millerton, Okla.; son, Hunter Ashlock of Ringold, Okla.; daughters: Madison Cleckler of Ringold and ShaeLynn Trapp of Millerton; brother, Ty Donald Henslee; sisters: Christian Hope Johnson of Broken Bow and Hannah Elizabeth Calechman of Dallas, Texas; two aunts, along with numerous uncles, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
