Richard Emmit Raper

Richard Emmit Raper passed away Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2022 in Paris, Texas, at the age of 84. He was laid to rest in Restland Cemetery in Boswell, Okla. Richard Emmit Raper was born April 12, 1938 in Maud, Okla., to Arvel and Edith “Jarett” Raper. After graduating from Hugo High School in 1957, he served in the U.S. Marines for two years.
