Friday and Mary Ganda, missionaries from Africa, will be the guest speakers at Hugo Church of the Nazarene, 100 N. H St. in Hugo, on Aug. 27. Service will begin at 11 a.m. Everyone is welcome. Upcoming events for Hugo High School: Thursday, Aug. 24, the Lady Buffs Softball team plays at home vs. Smithville at 5:30 p.m. Football starts Aug. 25 with a home game vs. Dickson. Kickoff is at 8 p.m.
