Hugo Elementary receives grant from Carolyn Watson Rural Oklahoma Community Foundation

Hugo Elementary School announces it has received a $3,690 Classroom Enhancement grant from the Carolyn Watson Rural Oklahoma Community Foundation administered by the Oklahoma City Community Foundation.
