Hugo man arrested on complaints of soliciting a minor

HUGO –– Hugo Police responded to a call regarding solicitation of a sexual act to a minor on May 31. According to official reports, the victim was offered a ride home by her boyfriend’s stepfather, Denyell Murphy, when he began soliciting sexual acts.
