Sharon May Jordan

Graveside services for Sharon May Jordan were held at 2 p.m. Monday, July 12, 2021 at the Fort Towson Cemetery in Fort Towson, Okla., with Bob Walling officiating. Sharon went to be with the Lord on July 8, 2021 in Plano, Texas, at the age of 76.

Sharon May Jordan was born June 27, 1945 in Tacoma, Wash., to Clifford Leroy and Florence Dorothy (Copeland) Gifford. She had lived in this area most of her life. Sharon worked at the Healthcare Nursing Home in Valliant. She was preceded in death by her parents: her husband, Leon Jordon in 2007 and one sister, Dorothy Price.

Sharon is survived by son, James A. Sanders of Sawyer, Okla.; daughters: Pamela F. Sanders of Sherwood, Okla., Loretta N. Ayer of Plano, Texas, and Deanna M. Nyangesi of Plano; brother, Leroy Gifford of Entiat, Wash.; sisters: Karen Reynolds of Naches, Wash., and Lois McKinney of Wenatchee, Wash.; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

Services were under the direction of Mt. Olive Funeral Home.
