Veda Mae Stevenson

Funeral services for Veda Mae Stevenson, of Houston, Texas, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 14, 2021 at Bypass Church of Christ. Veda passed away July 30, 2021, at the age of 51.

Surviving relatives include: husband, Emmitt Stevenson, Jr., of Houston; stepson, Emmitt Stevenson III of Oklahoma City; Dontae Braxton of Houston, Michael Stevenson of Kansas City, Emmisha Stevenson of Oklahoma City, Cyanna Stevenson of Houston, Bryanna Stevenson of Arlington, Texas, Roger Earl Braxton of Oklahoma City, Walter Braxton of Sacramento, Calif., Johnny Braxton of Oklahoma City, John Braxton of Oklahoma City, Linda Merritt; sister, Brenda Jones of San Antonio, Texas, and Tinnel Bridgett Gordon of Oklahoma City.

Interment will follow the service at Williamson Cemetery in Idabel, Okla., with the Rev. Reginald Webster officiating, under the direction of Rogan Funeral Home.
