I don’t think I have ever seen traffic in Hugo heavier than it was Friday before the Rodeo Parade and the Friday evening Rodeo performance.
Cars were basically stacked along Jackson Street to all edges of town.
Hugo’s PRCA Rodeo continues to get stronger and stronger thanks to lots of hard work by committee members led by Jim and Tom White and Tonya Payne.
