Doyle Lee Milson

Graveside services for Doyle Lee Milson, of Hugo, Okla., were held at 2 p.m. Nov. 11, 2022 at Woodford Cemetery in Woodford, Okla. Doyle passed away Nov. 7, 2022, at the age of 76.

Doyle Lee Milson was born on Oct. 8, 1946 in Woodford, Okla., the son of Lester Milson and Margaret McCown Milson. He was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Sandra Meeks and his first wife, Jerri Lynn Canada.

Doyle was a graduate of Graham High School and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Murray State College. He worked for many years as a tool pusher in the oilfield. Doyle was a natural-born salesman and his family joked he could have sold peanuts on the street. After moving to Hugo, he founded Milson and Associates with his second wife, Donna. They sold advertisements for Carson and Barnes Circus for many years. Doyle enjoyed growing tomatoes and feeding deer in his backyard. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Doyle is survived by is wife, Donna Milson of Hugo; daughter, Lisa McDaniel and husband of Blanchard, Okla.; step-daughter, RaDonna Tyndell and husband of Hugo; four grandchildren, along with numerous other grandchildren and greatgrandchildren; sister, Sheila South and husband of Milo, Okla., and numerous other family, friends and loved ones.

Services were under the direction of Miller & Miller Funeral Home.
