Billy Jack (Bo) Hardaway

Celebration of life services for Billy Jack (Bo) Hardaway were held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 12, 2022 at Prater-Lampton-Mills and Coffey Funeral Home with Dr. Steve Deaton officiating. Bo went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 9, 2022, in Hugo, Okla., at the age of 82.

Bo was born March 20, 1939 to Marshall and Mae (Byars) Hardaway in Hugo. He married the love of his life, Loyce Campbell in Hugo, on Nov. 19, 1958. They grew up out in the country in Grant and then made their home in Hugo. Bo spent time quail hunting and fishing. He enjoyed playing dominoes. He cherished time spent with his grandson and great-grandchildren. Bo is preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Juanita Shellnut.

Bo is survived by his wife, Loyce Hardaway of the home; daughter, Mica Holbrook of Hugo; sister, Junite Akins and husband, Madison of Tyler, Texas; grandson, Brian Holbrook of Paris, Texas; great-grandchildren: Emma Holbrook and Easton Holbrook of Paris, Texas.

Services were under the direction of Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Funeral Home.
