Cassie “Marie” Kendrix-Cox

Cassie “Marie” Kendrix-Cox, 87, of Hobbs, N.M., passed away on Feb. 19, 2021.

Marie was born on Nov. 13, 1933 in Boswell, Okla. Marie lived a full and warm life, filled with joy. She will be fondly remembered and missed.

Marie is survived by her three children: Charles and Gloria Kendrix, Linda (Kendrix) Elliott, and Robin and Annetta Kendrix; her five grandchildren: Scott and Jason Kendrix, Les and Stacy Elliott, and Christopher Kendrix and five great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her grandson, Jacob Kendrix.

Marie was laid to rest at 2 p.m. March 1, 2021 at Restland Cemetery in Boswell, Okla.
