Curtis Jeremy Franklin

Funeral services for Curtis Jeremy Franklin, of Fort Towson, Okla., were held at 10 a.m. July 1, 2022 at Miller & Miller Funeral Home.

Curtis Jeremy Franklin was born on Aug. 11, 1984, in Antlers, Okla. He passed from this life on June 25, 2022, at the age of 37 in Fort Towson. Curt was preceded in death by his brother, JP Lundry and grandparents.

Curt was a lifelong resident of Rattan, Okla., and a graduate of Rattan High School, Class of 2003. He loved being outdoors, fishing and hunting. Curt was an amazing storyteller, he loved making people laugh and was the entertainer everywhere he went. He loved to cook and was a true grill master. Curt loved his family, especially his daughter, Maeci, he told everyone that the day he met the love of his life, was the day he met his daughter. Curt will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Curt is survived by his mother, Ramona Ann Wesley of Fort Towson; daughter, Maeci Ann Franklin; brother, Todd Franklin and fiance of Sobol, Okla.; sister, Stacy Wesley Jarrett of Dexter, Mo., along with a host of other family, friends and loved ones.

Interment followed the service at Choctaw Academy Cemetery in Rufe with Bro. Johnny Corgill officiating, under the direction of Miller & Miller Funeral Home.
