Dorothy “Kitty” Richard

Graveside services for Dorothy “Kitty” Richard, of Fort Towson, Okla., were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2022 at Valliant Cemetery. She is preceded in death by a daughter, Cynthia White; two sons: Darren White and Bobby White; her parents; former husband, Joe Richard and three greatgrandchildren.

Dorothy formerly owned and operated Kitty’s Diner at Valliant, and later a location by the same name at Wright City.

She enjoyed watching westerns, doing puzzles, playing cards, doing word searches and especially spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her longtime companion, Benny Perry of Fort Towson; sons: Paul White of Fort Towson, Allen Price of Henryetta, and Wayne of Arkansas; several grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and special friends.

Bro. Chad Austin officiated the service, under the direction of Miller & Miller Funeral Home.
