Eve Elizabeth Tucker

Funeral services for Eve Elizabeth Tucker, of Hugo, Okla., were held at 2 p.m. April 5, 2022 at LDS Chapel in Hugo. Eve passed away March 19, 2022, at the age of 64.

Eve Elizabeth Tucker Bundy was born March 25, 1957 in Jacksonville, Fla., to Raymon and Blanche Tucker, and raised on the Haw Creek Ranch.

She married Elroy Arlen “Herb” Bundy March 19, 1976 in the St. George, Utah Temple. Family, faith and ranching are how they spent their 46 years together. Eve was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints where she served in many capacities, including primary, relief society, and scouting. Eve enjoyed traveling, especially to see family and historical sites.

She was released from her courageous eight-year battle with cancer on March 19, 2022 to greet her Savior, Jesus Christ, as well as many family and friends who went before her and awaited her arrival.

She is survived by her husband, Elroy “Herb” Bundy of Hugo; sons: Heath Bundy of Idabel, Okla., and Roy Bundy of Soper, Okla.; daughters: Ann Ballard of Kanab, Utah, and Mary Gilbert of Hugo; 29 grandchildren; sisters: Brenda Boyd of Bunnell, Fla., Colleen Sorensen of Glendale, Utah, Denise Barton of Bunnell, Fla., and Teresa Robinson of Cedar City, Utah, along with many other loving family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents: Raymon and Blanche Tilton Tucker, and her sister, Allida (Ray) Heaton.

Services were under the direction of Miller & Miller Funeral Home.
