James Michael Smith

James Michael Smith, of Hugo, Okla., passed away Sept. 7, 2021, at the age of 56. He was born on Aug. 7, 2021, to James and Mary (Ellis) Smith. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Eddy Smith and sister, Linda Smith.

Michael enjoyed fishing and tinkering around with engines. He worked as a long haul truckdriver and enjoyed rock and roll music. Michael especially enjoyed visiting with his friends and family. He will be greatly missed.

Michael is survived by his son, Michael “Bubba” Smith; daughters: Laci Wood of Soper, Okla., Virginia Smith of Soper, Rachel Smith of Hugo, along with many grandchildren and a host of other family, friends and loved ones.
