Laverne Marie Daniel

Laverne Marie Daniel, of Hugo, Okla., passed away Oct. 30, 2022, at the age of 74. Laverne Marie Daniel was born on Nov. 22, 1947, in Redding, Calif., the daughter of U.V. Daniel and Beulah Jean Daniel. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Alan Daniel and a beloved grandson.

Laverne was a sweet, kind-hearted person who loved her family. She enjoyed shopping and collecting various trinkets. The center of Laverne’s world was her family and she loved taking care of them.

Laverne is survived by her daughters: Brenda Jean Posey of Thackerville, Okla., and Sandy Dickson of Sawyer, Okla.; three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; brother, Gary Daniel of Clayton, Okla.; daughter, Cynthia Teagan, along with many other family and friends.

Arrangements are under the direction of Miller & Miller Funeral Home.
