Loren Brett Fugett

Brett went to sleep and woke up in the arms of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on June 6, 2024.

Loren Brett Fugett was born June 2, 1954, in Hugo, Okla., to Albert and Patsy Fugett. He married the love of his life, his high school sweetheart, Monda Wheelus Fuget on Nov. 3, 1973.

Brett loved the Lord and his family more than anything. Brett provided for his family, starting his career as Assistant Manager for Walmart, Campbell Soup and ending his working career for the State of Texas. During all this time he never missed any activities his girls were in.

He is proceeded in death by his parents, Albert and Pat Fugett; baby sister, Tracy Hambrick and his precious mother in love. Left to cherish his memories are his bride of 50 years, Monda Fugett; his girls: Jennifer Featherston, Kristin Terrell and husband; his absolute pride and joys, his grandkids. Also left to cherish his memories are his big brother and sister: Roger Fugett and wife, Jan Diltz and husband, a sister-in-law, along with his nieces and nephews who all loved their Uncle Brett.

He was the absolute best husband, daddy, papa, brother and uncle anyone could ask for and his memories will carry us on.

A graveside service to honor Brett’s life was held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at Mt.

Olivet Cemetery. under the direction of Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Funeral Home.
