Mary Jane Talbott

Funeral services for Mary Jane Talbott, of Boswell, Okla., were held at 2 p.m. Oct. 1, 2021 at Miller & Miller Funeral Home. Mary passed away Sept. 24, 2021, at the age of 58.

Mary Wheeler Talbott was born on Oct. 3, 1962 in Dansville, Ark., to James and Louise (Gaylor) Wheeler. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Jimmy Wheeler and a son-inlaw.

Mary was a very caring person, and it was shown through her work as a Registered Nurse. She enjoyed reading and loved the outdoors. Mary spent many hours fishing, hunting, gardening and riding horses. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Mary is survived by her fiance, Brian Pratt; son, Josh Mitchell and wife of Rattan, Okla.; daughters: Riki Amix and husband of Kingston, Okla., and Kallie Pierce of Boswell; 14 grandchildren; brothers: Carl Wheeler and Danny Wheeler of Spencerville, Okla.; sisters: Linda Skipper of Spencerville and Sandra Barcheers of Hugo, along with a host of other family, friends and loved ones.

Interment followed the service at Spencerville Cemetery with Bro. Jan Lee officiating, under the direction of Miller & Miller Funeral Home.
