Melanie Jo Rutledge

Graveside services for Melanie Jo Rutledge, of Lindsay, Okla., were held at 10 a.m. July 5, 2021 at Restland Cemetery in Boswell, Okla. Melanie passed away June 30, 2021, at the age of 43.

Melanie Jo Rutledge was born on Oct. 18, 1977 in Talihina, Okla., to Cardin “Gene” and Vicki (Bacon) Rutledge. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, paternal grandparents and an aunt.

Melanie is survived by her mother, Vicki Rutledge; brothers: Joey Rutledge and wife, and Tanner Rutledge; three nephews; an uncle; three aunts, and a host of other aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.

Dr. Greg Ammons, assisted by Jana Loose, officiated the service, under the direction of Miller & Miller Funeral Home.
