Randall “Randy” Joe Cheshier

Funeral services for Randall “Randy” Joe Cheshier, of Boswell, Okla., were held at 10 a.m. Jan. 14, 2023 at Victory Life Church in Boswell. Randall passed away Jan. 10, 2023, at the age of 59.

Randall Joe Cheshier was born on Nov. 6, 1963, in Pauls Valley, Okla., the son of Bobby Joe Cheshier and Margaret (Atkinson) Cheshier. He was preceded in death by his son, Joshua Randall Cheshier.

Randy was a lifelong resident of Boswell, Okla., and a graduate of Boswell High School, Class of 1982. He was a member of the Pentecostal Jesus Name Church of Boswell. Randy was a supporter of the Boswell Scorpions and a member of the Boswell Baseball Boosters. He was a hard worker and enjoyed working his cattle. Randy loved to hunt deer, turkey and arrowheads, but he especially loved watching his son Kyler and the grandkids play baseball and basketball. He was always smiling and was friendly to everyone he met. Randy loved his wife, Sunday with all his heart. She was the love of his life and you never saw one without the other by their side. He was a father to many foster children and loved his family, but above all things he loved the Lord, and will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Randy is survived by his parents, Bob and Margaret Cheshier; wife of 38 years, Sunday; sons: Kyler Cheshier and Travis Walls of Boswell; daughter, Jessica West and husband of Boswell; three grandchildren; sisters: Tammy Parker and husband of Bokchito, Okla., and Christy Roberts and husband of Durant, Okla.; brothers: Ross Harvey, Jason Goodwin, Russell Harvey, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other family friends and loved ones.

Interment followed the service at Restland Cemetery with Bro. Phillip Miller and Bro. Josh Nix officiating, under the direction of Miller & Miller Funeral Home.
