The Southeast Oklahoma Library System (SEOLS) has been made aware of a warrant enforced recently that resulted in the arrest of current SEOLS Board Chair, Don Holt. HUGO –– A Boswell, Okla., woman was arrested in February for arson after being accused of setting fire to a house. According to official reports, when questioned, Tamara Beth Hicks, 37, admitted to officers that she set fire to the residence located at 902 W. Clayton in Hugo.
