New restaurant opens inside Frisco Depot Museum

Body
left: The Frisco Depot Museum is a lunch destination once again. The First Stop Coffee & Sandwich Shop took up residence inside the depot in the middle of August, with owner Lori Pool aiming to not only start her own business, but also to support an historic gem in Hugo. Pool tested the waters back in June, selling iced coffee out of the depot during homecoming weekend to introduce the community to what she hoped to offer when the restaurant got up and running. With the doors now open, Pool is serving food and coffee from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday. The First Stop Coffee & Sandwich Shop also serves lunch specials every day. Pool stated they’ll stick to sandwich specials until the larger dining room is open for service.
