Celebration of life for Madeline Carmen Pebsworth will be held at 12 p.m. Friday, April 2, 2021 at the Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Funeral Home in Hugo, with Pastor Kyle Cummings officiating. Burial will follow at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Hugo. Madeline went to be with the Lord on March 26, 2021 in Stillwater, Okla., at the age of 86.
Delilah Narcissus Wisener of Lubbock passed away on Saturday, March 27, 2021, at the age of 71. She was born Sept. 1, 1949 in Beaver, Okla., to Blackie and Ruby (Akridge) Williams. On Jan. 2, 1966 she married Larry Wisener. Together the couple worked side-by-side owning South Plains Lamesa Railroad. Delilah received her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Lubbock Christian University in 1996. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with family.
Funeral services for William “Bill” Felton Blankenship, of Hugo, Okla., were held at 10 a.m. March 30, 2021 at Miller & Miller Funeral Home Chapel. William passed away March 24, 2021, at the age of 77.
Amber Michelle Moore, of Hugo, Okla., passed away March 24, 2021, at the age of 42. Amber Michelle Moore was born on May 24, 1978 in Hugo, to Billy Rowell and Jimmie Chapman.
Billy Lemons, 42, was born on July 26, 1978 in Oklahoma City, Okla., to Bobby Lemons and Irene (Lee) Nottingham. Billy had lived in the Choctaw County area since his teenage years.
Barbara Jean Earnest, the best mother, nana, sister and friend gained her angel wings on Thursday, March 18, 2021 in Denison, Texas. She was born to Lloyd and Ollie Bea Hawkins on Oct. 18, 1941 in Hugo, Okla. She grew up in Apple, Okla., on the family farm with four other siblings: Jimmy, Martha Jo, Lowell (Shorty) and Billy (Bruce).
