State Auditor report critical of how Gov. Stitt spent COVID-19 funds
OKLAHOMA CITY — State Auditor and Inspector Cindy Byrd has released an audit report that suggests Gov. Kevin Stitt’s staff revisit some of the bank fund transfers made while purchasing COVID-19 PPE supplies.
Byrd’s audit states as much as $6.2 mllion was not spent or recorded according to federal grant guidelines.
