Following House and Senate veto override votes, Stitt files lawsuit to overturn their action
OKLAHOMA CITY (KOKH) — Governor Kevin Stitt has filed a lawsuit against the state legislature’s top lawmakers in the aftermath of Monday’s veto override of two controversial tribal compact bills.
Gov. Stitt brought the lawsuit Monday against House Speaker Charles McCall and Senate President Pro Tempore Greg Treat.
