This includes over 100,000 Oklahomans who have completed the full vaccination series of both prime and boost doses.

Graveside services for Annette Joyce Millsap-Staton, fondly known as “Mamanette,” were held Monday, Feb. 8, 2021 at the Springs Chapel Cemetery in Hugo, Okla., with Mike Grisby officiating. Pallbearers for the service were Rex Moffatt, Stan Self, Danny Allen, Mark Pulliam, Earl Wayne Cole and Sabin Bruno. Annette went to be with the Lord on Feb. 3, 2021, in Tulsa, Okla., at the age of 83.
