Soper opened the game with a 9-6 first quarter advantage, but booked only one shot from the field in the second quarter on a deuce by Finity Funderburk, to go along with two charity throws by Chloeaunna Madbull.

Service proposes listing alligator snapping turtle as threatened under Endangered Species Act

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is proposing to list the alligator snapping turtle as threatened under the Endangered Species Act (ESA). The proposal follows a review of the best available science that indicates decades of overharvesting for domestic and international meat consumption, impacts from nest predation, recreational and illegal harvest and collection, and fishing activities are taking a severe toll on the turtle, which can grow up to 249 pounds.

Funeral services for Mary Virginia Pierce were held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2021 at the Grant Full Gospel Church in Arthur City, Texas, with Pastor Dempsey Greer officiating and burial at Restland Cemetery in Boswell, Okla. Mary went to be with the Lord on Nov. 6, 2021 in Dallas, Texas, at the age of 89.
