HUGO — What may be the last full-service filling-station in the state of Oklahoma was demolished in Hugo on March 16 and prospects for building it back are very slim, according to owner Jeff Hill. A highspeed chase of an intoxicated driver ended with her vehicle crashing into the station’s office and completely demolishing it and the station’s pumps and canopy out front. Miraculously, Hill and his wife Lindsay and their daughter Lexie, along with customer Joe Cheatum, were not injured.
