The Boswell Scorpions overcame an early game 0-1 deficit to post a come-from-behind 6-3 win over LeFlore last week. Kamden Edge earned the win for the Scorpions, getting a good workout with 106 pitches, 68 strikes, fanning 11 batters and walking only two; allowing only three hits and three runs.

Hugo’s coaching staff knew what it was getting into the minute it scheduled Broken Bow for the Buffaloes’ preseason scrimmage. The Buffs brought in a talented 4A team with a 3-4 defense similar to their own with one thing in mind — identifying weaknesses.
