OKLAHOMA CITY — Tens of millions of dollars that were supposed to keep people out of prison or jail in Oklahoma are nowhere to be found, according to State Representative Justin Humphrey Back in 2016, a state question, approved by voters, required money that would have been spent on housing inmates with low-level drug offenses to be redirected toward drug rehab and other care.

Hello folks, I am Judge Emily Maxwell Herron. I will be on the Nov. 8 ballot for District Judge in District 17. My roots are in Southeast Oklahoma. I was raised in the Idabel area. My parents are the late Dr. Jon Maxwell, and Debbie Maxwell. I am blessed with two daughters; Ella, who is a freshman in high school, and Kate who is in the fifth grade. I am a Christian and a member of the First United Methodist Church of Idabel since childhood. In my off time, I enjoy raising feeder cattle and soaking in the beautiful natural resources our area offers.

The Stitt for Governor 2022 Campaign has announced the Tulsa Firefighters PAC endorsement of Governor Kevin Stitt for re-election in 2022. “Governor Stitt has championed firefighters across our state and it’s our honor to endorse him for a second term,” said Matt Lay, President of the Tulsa International Association of Firefighters (IAFF) Local 176 in Tulsa.
